About Our Robotics and Coding Camp

Whether you have been through our 4th-5th grade FLL robotics program at Waterford, have done robotics and coding elsewhere, or are just starting out and would like to learn, this is the right camp for you. It provides a great next step towards the competition robotics programs in high school. It can also be a first introduction to robotics and coding, using Arduino-powered Creator Bots.

During this weeklong robotics and coding camp, learn how to build the bots, wire, and begin writing code. The work throughout the week will lead to a rip-roaring competition on Friday afternoon!

Because of overwhelming response and overflowing enrollment in Week 10, we have created an extra (identical) session during Week 9 (August 2-6). If we have at least 7 sign up, it will carry.

In the unlikely event that increasing COVID-19 cases necessitate it, this camp can also be run virtually. Campers will be able to use a borrowed Creator Bot at home for the week. In such a case, enrollment will be limited by the number of available bots.

Before and After Care available at registration.
