About Our Healthy Living Class

One great use of a couple of weeks or summer is to really focus on one class for credit, filling a graduation requirement and freeing up a future spot to take a one term class during the academic year. This intensive, two-week Healthy Living curriculum has been especially prepared by our P.E. department to be both enjoyable and helpful. Learn how to maintain your physical, mental, and emotional health throughout your life. The class will be graded on a pass/fail basis and will appear on your fall grade report.

The plan for Healthy Living class in 2021 is to run the class in person, following COVID-19 protocols as necessary, like we did during Summer 2020. The teachers will also be using Owl cameras and a live simulcast for any who wish to follow and participate in the live class remotely. If the pandemic case levels are too high, this class will move entirely online.
